By using any website, domain, service, application or product owned or operated by The NetMen Corp signing up as a client or user of any Service, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use (these Terms), including those terms and conditions incorporated by reference. We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this posting. You should visit this web page periodically to review these Terms and Conditions, because they are binding on you.
You acknowledge and agree that we shall have the right (but not the obligation) in our sole discretion, to pre-screen, refuse or remove any project and/or user provided content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable, including, without limitation, projects or content that are illegal, obscene, indecent, defamatory, incites religious, racial or ethnic hatred, or violates the rights of others. Activity that is brought to our attention which appears in our sole judgment to violate the law will be brought to the attention of the proper authorities. You acknowledge, consent and agree that we may access, preserve, and disclose your account information and content if required to do so by law or in a good faith belief that such access preservation or disclosure is reasonably necessary to: (a) comply with legal process; (b) enforce these Terms; (c) respond to claims that any content violates the rights of third-parties; (d) respond to your requests for customer service; or (e) protect our rights, property, or safety of the rights, property, or safety of our users or the public.
The NetMen Corp and its parent company, offer 100% original and customized graphic design services for its international client base.
Projects may require either a partial downpayment or full payment depending on the service selected. The remaining balance (if applicable) is due at the end of the project or upon completion of milestones as communicated through the project. Payments are processed securely through Authorize.Net.
Refunds are only applicable after the first round of concepts has been presented. If you are not satisfied with the initial presentation, you may request a refund within 7 days of receiving those concepts. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for a refund.
To qualify for a refund, the project must begin within 30 days of payment. If the project is delayed due to lack of client response, missing information, or inactivity, the refund policy becomes void and will be at the sole discretion of The Company.
Refunds are available only to the original paying client for whom the designs were created. No refunds will be issued to design firms, agencies, or third parties ordering on behalf of another entity.

If a refund is processed, the client acknowledges that they have no rights, express or implied, to use any of the work provided, and all ownership remains with us.
All the rights of the logo design and logo artwork The NetMen Corp has created and designed for specific client belong to the client for which it was designed. The NetMen Corp does not hold any rights to the logo design created for a client.
The NetMen Corp does not file a trademark application with respect to the logos designed for its client. The client is free to register as a trademark the logo design created for it by The NetMen Corp.
In the event that payment for any logo design is not made in accordance with the payment policies of The NetMen Corp., then all of client´s rights in and to the logo design created for it, including any trademark property, will immediately revert back to The Netmen Corp.The NetMen Corp warrants that its designs are of its own creation and are not copied from or inspired by existing designs or trademarks but does not warrant that a design the same as or similar to that designed by it, but of which it was not aware at the time of its creation, does not exist.
All payments are processed through Authorize.Net, a secure payment gateway that adheres to the highest industry standards for data protection. We do not store or retain your credit card information on our servers.
